About Us

In 2022, Lakesha Sharelle Ward earned her Real Estate License, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey. She is currently attending Chabot College with a 3.61 GPA, pursuing an Associate of Arts in Real Estate with plans to transfer to a university to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Her academic achievements reflect her continued commitment to growth, excellence, and serving her community through real estate and business development.

Lakesha’s professional foundation began in 1996 after graduating from Legal Secretary School in Hayward, California. She started her career working alongside legal assistants and secretaries, where she was mentored by Mrs. Lillian Alexander. Under her guidance, Lakesha developed a strong dedication to client service, learning the importance of providing personalized attention to successfully navigate complex legal matters.

As a Court Filer and Bonded Process Server for over eight years, Lakesha traveled throughout courthouses across the Bay Area. She was responsible for filing new cases, legal documents, and motions for plaintiffs, as well as locating and serving defendants at their homes or places of business to initiate legal proceedings. This experience strengthened her attention to detail, reliability, and deep understanding of legal processes.

In 2001, Lakesha joined Critchlow and Diskint, LLP in San Rafael, where she was promoted to Legal Assistant in less than a year. During her time there, she worked on personal injury, civil litigation, and family law cases. Simultaneously, her company, Express Business Services, was contracted to provide document delivery, court filing, and process serving support.

From 2003 to 2011, Lakesha served as a Notary Public in Marin and San Francisco Counties. Beginning in 2003, she expanded her entrepreneurial path as an independent contractor, successfully operating Express Business Services, which specialized in court filing, process serving, and mobile notary services through 2007.

​

Today, Lakesha brings decades of legal, administrative, and entrepreneurial experience into her real estate and business ventures. Her mission is rooted in empowerment—helping individuals and families navigate systems, build stability, and ultimately achieve the goal of homeownership and self-sufficiency.
